Unfolded explores the tension between permanence and change, weight and lightness. Handcrafted through welding, bending, and manually assembled through a slow choreography — it carries the trace of every gesture that shaped it. Paper, held delicately by magnetic force, becomes both surface and skin: interchangeable, ephemeral, open to change.
Standard letter-sized sheets — recycled, handmade, or marked by time — slip into the structure without fixings. What holds them is not constraint, but invitation. Each interaction becomes part of the work, allowing it to shift, to breathe, to unfold anew. In this quiet ritual, the object lives not as a fixed form, but as a companion to transformation.
Brought into being during a time of inward shift, this work remains in motion. It offers no resolution, only a space to linger — with process, with tactility, with what resists being named. A gesture toward what might still emerge.

Unfolded Process
Crafted by hand from 20-gauge cold-rolled steel sheet through a process of cutting, welding, and assembling.
